Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Snag pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our process is designed to be as seamless and sustainable as possible to get you back to your best look.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
